New Trackpak ticketing

You’re about to  see a small change to our Trackpaks 
but only if you look close enough!

We’ve created a new way to ticket our Trackpaks by printing the ticket straight onto the Trackpak itself.
By doing this we are able to produce Trackpaks quicker, the larger barcode is easier and quicker to scan and it means the tracking number can never fall off the bag. And no ticket also means less waste which supports the environment.

The only thing different that you need to be aware of is that the Customer Receipt Portion is now located on the sealing flap area.

You still use this customer portion in exactly the same way by tearing it off and sticking it in your record book. Everything else remains the same including the price, product code and the way you use them.


Going live piece by piece

We will start phasing this product in from November 2009 as the old  stock runs out. So for a while you will see a mixture of both old and new packs from us.

Both the old and new versions of Trackpaks will still be accepted in our network regardless and there’s no deadline by which the old stock must be used. If you need any further information please contact either your Business Manager, call 0800 COURIER,
