What is Card to Call?
If we attempt to deliver an item to you that requires the recipients signature, and no-one is available to sign for the item, we will then leave a ‘card to call’ at the delivery address.

This card details when the delivery was attempted, the item number as well as what the receiver needs to do to arrange redelivery of the item (you can do this online now ) .
