Pick Me Up

Did you receive a pick me up card advising that the courier had come to pick up the package when you were not available?

Please complete this form to arrange for our Courier to drop by again to pick up the delivery item.

Pick up’s booked prior to midday will be picked up the same afternoon. Pick up’s booked in the afternoon will be picked up the following morning.

To arrange for a courier to come on an alternative day, please provide the relevant information in the additional information field. Refer to the FAQ page for more information.

Please ensure that someone is present when our Courier comes to pick up the item.
