What is Card to Call?
If we try to deliver an item to you that requires a signature, and no-one is available to sign for it, we will leave a ‘card to call’ at the delivery address. This card details when the delivery was attempted, the item number, and what you need to do.

Choose from one of these redelivery options.
Have your parcel redelivered
You can choose to have your parcel redelivered to a more convenient address, or to a participating NZ Post retailer, CourierPost depot, Auckland Countdown or Wellington Z Energy.
Saturday or evening redelivery
Rather your parcel was delivered at a more convenient time?
Have your missed parcels redelivered during the evening or on Saturdays for just $5.
If someone else is picking up the parcel from a CourierPost branch/depot for you, we will record the details of their photo ID so we have a record of who picked up the parcel.
